Meet Morin Osunmakinde. an inspiring and resourceful ministry gift. A published author, keynote speaker, and transformational life coach. Through her coaching, counseling, and capacity-building Training and teaching, Morin deploys her extraordinary gift of unlocking potential in people and organizations.

She is the Founder of BE-Defined Coaching and Personal Development Company, established to help individuals understand their purpose and run with it.

She is the Executive Director at BR Initiative m, a social enterprise set up to meet the ever-evolving needs of indigenous African women and girl children. The serving President at BR Nation, a Movement set up to help women across various cadres discover their purpose and equip themselves to fulfill their assignment. Providing spiritual discipleship, ministry training, and leadership conferences, directly reaching tens of thousands globally in the last 13 years.

She convenes the Leading Women Conference and Lydia's company (a prayer group for women). She is an online talk show host at Conversations with PMO, where she discusses real-life issues. She is the content creator at Diary of a pastor's Wife and Pmosecrets blog.

She is a certified Project Manager and customer service facilitator and works with a government organization in the UK.

She is the Lead Pastor alongside her husband, Dele Osunmakinde, at The Envoy Nation Leicester, UK. A church with a unique mandate to influence systems, institutions, nations, and organizations to cause positive change within her locality. They oversee the various expressions of The Baptizing Church across Nigeria and live in Leicester with their Three exceptional children.

Jackie Hudgins

Jackie Hudgins is the Director of Accountability and School Counseling Coordinator for the Tuscaloosa County School System in Tuscaloosa, AL. She supports the leadership of 35 schools in using data to reach and exceed annual goals. As a first-generation, college graduate, she believes in sharing her story to encourage others and help them change the narrative of their future. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Jackie has a passion for women’s ministry and leadership development. She and her husband, Kyle, have two children, Caleb (21) and Macy (18).

Funmi Adekunle is a Chartered Accountant and an expert in Educational Technology (EdTech), bringing a wealth of experience in assisting both individuals and organizations to flourish. With a solid grounding in financial literacy education, Funmi is committed to guiding people through the intricacies of financial planning and decision-making, providing them with practical strategies to achieve their financial objectives.
