Michelle Harris is passionate about helping others to empower themselves. In this helpful workshop, Michelle talks about the need to relax, the remedy meditation can provide, and gives practical instruction by way of a guided meditation for better living.
About the Workshop Leader
As a mentor, teacher, healer and guide, Michelle Harris draws upon her own life experiences and assists many clients from all walks of life in Hong Kong and beyond. According to her, it is an honour and privilege to share the wisdom, tools and effective solutions that she has discovered over 25 years in the field of healing, empowerment and spirituality. Michelle has earned many accolades over her career: In 2018, she was awarded as one of Hong Kong’s Women Leaders in the field of healing and empowerment. The, in 2021 and in 2022, she was awarded as a Women of Wellness; and in 2022, as one of the winners in the 'Best Alternative Healer' category in Liv Media’s Wellness & Lifestyle Awards. In addition to her hands-on work seeing clients, Michelle is the author of Tools and Tricks for Tweens & Teens: Empowerment & Meditation Workbook (2021), and co-author of the No. 1 Amazon bestsellers, Shaken, Stirred But Not Deterred (2022) and My Voice Vol 3: Journeys of Self Discovery and Resilience (2021).
