About this Event
This class is taught by Tisse Mallon, a certified Qigong instructor and Tai Chi practitioner, who guides participants through simple yet powerful practices that emphasize balance, breath, and embodied awareness. Rather than focusing on perfect choreography, the practice centers on how movement supports nervous system regulation, physical stability, and overall well-being.
Through standing and walking movements, you’ll explore techniques that support posture, strengthen muscles, ease tension, and foster a grounded sense of inner peace at a pace that honors where you are.
Benefits include:
✅ Improved balance & fall prevention
✅ Breathwork for relaxation & mental clarity
✅ Gentle movements to enhance circulation & mobility
✅ Techniques to reduce anxiety & support overall health
Newcomers are always welcome. No prior experience needed.
