National Qigong trainer and Georgia's Regional Body & Brain Director, Master Brian has 20 years of experience in the fields of wellness, emotional management and personal development at Body & Brain. He has trained intensively in the philosophy and implementation of mindfulness practices. Master Brian has delivered wellness and stress reduction workshops to corporations, including Coca-Cola and Home Depot, schools and social groups across Georgia and beyond. Passionate about health and wellness, Master Brian has devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.
