Join us at Body & Brain Yoga & Tai Chi Decatur on May 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM (ET) for a guided session of Tai Chi walking. This is a simple and effective way to improve your balance, stability, and sense of grounding through slow, mindful movement.
This special 90-minute session will be led by Brian Huff, recently featured in Atlanta Magazine for explaining how practices like Qigong and Tai Chi help people improve focus, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves.
Perfect for all levels—come as you are and experience a calm, focused way to move and reset.
