Tai Chi Taster Class

Chen Taijiquan, originating from Chenjiagou Village in China, is an authentic Tai Chi style dating back to the seventeenth century. It emphasizes slow, deliberate movements to strengthen the body's natural healing abilities. With various elements like forms, drills, and partner exercises, Chen Taijiquan offers potential benefits including accelerated healing, stress reduction, enhanced immune function, improved balance and coordination, increased flexibility, and a sense of inner peace and calm. Led by a seasoned practitioner with decades of experience and guidance from master Chen Xiao Wang, our Tai Chi classes offer access to the sacred core secrets of the practice. Through precise instruction, you'll experience authentic Qi flow, enhancing your understanding and mastery of Tai Chi. Join us to unlock the profound mysteries of this ancient art form.

Firepit is a unique space, we have a gallery of beautiful and relevant art, artist studio spaces and a community event space. We will hold the class in a truly wonderful part of the gallery, carpeted and surrounded by wood.
