About this Event
Tai Chi is a centuries old low-impact exercise rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that brings harmony to the body and mind through slow movements, deep breathing and mindful concentration.
This session is suitable for all ages and abilities. Loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes are recommended.
