The class will be taught by the fabulous folk from Tai Chi Academy Manchester.
Do I need any previous experience?
No experience is needed – just bring a willingness to slow down and breathe.
Do I need any special clothes or equipment?
Nope! Just wear loose, comfortable clothes.
When?
Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.
