The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind and body integration, fluidity of movements, control of breathing, and mental concentration. This program uses Sun Style Tai Chi forms to improve physical and mental balance, increase flexibility, decrease arthritis pain and help prevent falls. Tai Chi for Beginners can be done seated or standing! Participants should come prepared to do light exercise, wearing loose, comfortable clothing and supportive tennis shoes.
