About this Event
An adaptive form of Tai Chi for balance of the body and mind.
This donation-based class will flow through movements that have been adapted to support balance of the body and mind. It will also include some time for meditation to welcome a sense of calm and inner peace.
Each class will have a different theme and complete a warm up, review of movements, and supportive meditation.
Movements will be taught to support those working on physical balance, performing the practice seated, and for those who perform the movements standing.
All are welcome.
