Taglish Yoga with Ate Lara Mae: Summer/Fall 2025 Session

Taught in Taglish (Tagalog and English), Ate Lara Mae will guide you through a gentle series of asanas (poses) practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching.

Must be 18 years old or older. Participants must agree to our waiver of liability and photo release statements upon registration. This event is brought to you by the Filipino Community of Seattle's Social, Arts, and Culture Program.
