As the seasons shift and the energy of spring begins to unfold, we are invited into a time of renewal. A time to release what has felt heavy through the winter months and gently reconnect with clarity, vitality, and possibility.
SÝN is a group sound immersion designed to guide the body and mind into deep rest while supporting the natural rhythms of restoration. Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and carefully layered sound textures, you are guided into a meditative state where the nervous system can soften and the body can recalibrate.
Sound baths work by surrounding the listener with sustained harmonic frequencies that encourage the brain to move into slower, more restorative states. In this space, the body may shift from stress-oriented patterns toward parasympathetic regulation — the state associated with repair, integration, and deep relaxation.
The theme of this gathering is renewal — an invitation to gently clear what is no longer needed and create space for what is ready to grow.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Simply arrive as you are and allow the sound to carry you.

A yoga mat, blanket and pillow is provided. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and an eye pillow should you like to use one.
