Accessibiity
Unfortuntely the building does not currently have access for those with mobility considerations as it is on the first floor and up a flight of stairs (there is no lift). Dialogue and Space will be exploring options to address this over the coming months, and Inner Wilderness will also be considering other venues for future workshops.

Arrive from 09:45 - please be prompt or you will interrupt the first meditation
Workshop Starts: 10.00
Workshop Finishes: 17.30 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE - DAY MAY RUN 10.30 OR 11AM - 18.00 / 18.30PM, TBC NEARER THE TIME)

If you are going to be late please email - [email protected]
Refreshments / Lunch
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided for the morning and afternoon breaks.
We will take a lunch break of about an hour and as indicated above, the timing will be determined on the day.
There are plenty of cafes nearby (mainly on Easter Road) - however as this workshop is on a Sunday, there is no guarantee they will all be open so it might be worth bringing a packed lunch, especially if you have specific dietary requirements.
There is also a Sainsburys just over 5 minutes walk away.
Physical or mental health concerns
Please let Liane know if you have any physical or mental health issues that may affect your participation before you come, so that she can discuss with you if necessary. Systemic constellation work can explore some difficult topics at times and you are responsible for your own well being. If there is something going on in your life which means you might easily be disregulated, please do make Liane aware and she can advise whether it is suitable for you to attend at this time.
Group size
The group will be kept to a maximum of 14.
About the work
If you have not experienced systemic constellations work before, it can be difficult to explain! A constellation is a creative and solution focused way of addressing a wide range of issues in relationships, families, at work, with health or other challenges. It involves taking what is known as the 'widest possible view' of a situation through the creation of a 'human map', providing a different perspective on a familiar and persistent story and revealing the hidden dynamics and intergenerational patterns which often contribute to our struggles.
The workshop will be experiential and everyone is likely to participate, either as a representative in someone else's constellation (which can be a really powerful experience and bring great insight for your own life), or you can request to do a piece of work yourself - although there is no guarantee of this.
No experience is necessary - you just need to bring your curiosity!
Confidentiality about what is covered during the workshop is expected.
Constellation work can be deeply affecting. Please come with an open heart and prepared to participate in suppport of others.
