This movement session is a practice of deep listening through your senses, awakening dormant codes of somatic cognition and unfolding authentic expression.

This dance floor will be a safe space to express your process to the outer worlds without needing words.
If you desire to converse, please move your conversation to the astroturf foyer outside the door, or take a breather for fresh air outside. Keep voices to a respectable volume when on the street.

All expressions are indeed welcome; please feel empowered to laugh, cry, scream and shout. This is a sober space, to embody your emotions fully without reliance on use of substance. Clear mind, centered hearts.

We are propagating a consent-based culture: please tune in with clear yeses and no's when engaging with others on the dancefloor. This is a judgement free zone. Here is a space to embody what's moving within you. No cameras or footage allowed. One of our team may take photos of the dj to share for their own profiles, yet this isn't a space for recording others in their movement journeys. This is a space of presence and acceptance of all that is.

This will be a space to move to the beat of your heart, the rhythm of the depths of your being, and the spaces in-between sounds.
Your movement is your authentic art, waiting to be poured out onto the canvas of space and time.

7.15-8.45pm Music with Aguacate
8.45-9.15pm - Sound Bath with Beam Light
9.45pm - Closing Integration Circle
10-10pm - Integration mingle flow
10.15pm - Time to flow onwards & vacate the space

AGUACATÉ— has, with great love and in prayer, been traveling and touring, sharing ecstatic dance medicine and cacao ceremony around his home base in Guatemala, as well as through Amsterdam, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica and Canada. His musical, movement and ceremonial offerings feel like a homecoming, wishmaking, radical rejoicing, and a deep celebration unto all of your beautiful cells. It is an honour for him to seed and weave safe and open spaces for conscious communities around the world to drop deep into themselves, their hearts, and their processes, on behalf of our highest blooming altogether as one family. He is grateful to see your spirit move and guide your perfect body and expansive heart, and witness you find your devotion in motion on the dance floor and beyond, through your gorgeous life. ??? =Sound Bath=
~Beam Light~
Beam Light welcomes you to integrate your dance journey with fairylike soundscapes and ethereal melodic frequencies. Her crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and other healing instruments invite you into a relaxed, cocooned state where revelations and integrations can easily occur. As the nervous system relaxes all body cells can become nourished and charged with fresh oxygen, light, and vitality.
Beam's background is in the healing arts (dance, yoga, bodywork, energywork, sound healing, embodiment, chakra balancing, conscious connected breathwork facilitation, etc), she is known for her intuitive abilities of reading a room and tapping into and working with the energies present. She begins each journey as a ceremony asking for your Highest Good to be supported throughout. She believes it is an honor and privilege to be serving in community. Her intrinsic purpose is to empower others to shine in their own authentic truths. Allow whatever arises to be the medicine it is meant to be for you, on your own unique path.

°Comfortable clothing for movement, water bottle, journal (optional) and an open heart and mind ?
°For sound bath : eye mask/scarf, blanket, and yoga mat (optional)

We will be providing fresh spring water from Silverdale Spring, Lynn Valley or Kangen water depending on the day. Stay hydrated with clean clear water~!

There will be a small vending area of superfood infused raw chocolates and herbal tinctures & herbs. Bring cash or etransfer for purchase if you feel like treating yourself!.

Presale tickets are posted now for $25.
The price goes up at 8pm $35 the day before the event.
We will also accept $35 cash at the door if there is space in our capacity at the venue.

We are keeping the capacity low to allow space for fully expressive movement. We will keep the page updated when we are nearing capacity.
