This will be Brunchlox’s first ever all-vinyl poolside set, taking place at the stunning Cabana Club at The Robey Chicago - kicking off August the best way we know how ?
2024 marks the 15 year anniversary of Brunchlox and its busiest year ever. They regularly host popular day parties such as Brunch-Ski (with Kimski at Maria’s Community Bar), Magikiss (at Masada), and Sunday AF (at Logan 11), as well as assorted collaborations and one-off events.
Brunchlox is the brain-child of husband and wife duo Karl Almaria and Cindy Knott. It started in 2009 as an internet radio show/house party in their home. Within a few years, it outgrew the confines of their residence and expanded to outside venues.
As Brunchlox continues to grow organically, the welcoming house party vibe has remained. Their parties are known for bringing great Chicago DJs (mostly but not always House Music) to various parts of the city where you can get a delicious meal (mostly but not always). They are known for day parties (mostly but not always). Mostly, they are known for celebrating Chicago (always) while centering its diverse community (always).
