Save money on your seasonal shopping, clear out the clutter and get sustainable gifts for your kids - win-win-win!
Swap toys and books you no longer want - and get something new-to-you.
Learn furoshiki wrapping (a traditional Japanese reusable fabric wrapping) and bring some coins to take some home with you to wrap with! Money raised from this will go towards the No Crap Parties! campaign.
How will the toy swap work?
Bring your unwanted toys and books, hand them to an event assistant at the beginning of the evening (just a few though as we have limited space!). Take new-to-you toys and books home!
Have a drink with your friends, or come to make some new ones and go home with your little one’s seasonal gifts sorted!
What does my ticket include?
The ticket fee includes your first drink (a range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks available).
A few rules
Items must be clean, in good condition, in working order and have all their parts (we’ll turn away anything that doesn’t meet these standards).
If battery powered - make sure they’re charged/include batteries so people can check they work
No soft toys - sorry!
We may need to limit the number of BIG things, due to the venue space.

What age group are the toys for?
Please only bring toys and books suitable for children 0-7 years old.
Why should I swap toys, rather than buying new?
Saving money, obviously! And your impact on our planet. The energy that goes into the manufacturing, transport, retail, delivery and packaging of all our seasonal shopping is huge. Swapping or buying second-hand is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint - and save stuff from incineration.
What about leftover items?
Any toys that don’t get taken will go to charity.
