Wear what you will use during a race and practice the process. Use your nutrition to make sure your stomach can handle it.
Meet by the toilet block and playground.
The swim session will focus on sighting and being in a race situation. Anyone racing the following weekends, wear what you plan to use during the race. Including your wetsuit.
The ride will be along the waterfront and back. The route will be posted during the week.
Followed by a short out and back run.
Q&A session over breakfast
Swim start at 7:30am (20 minutes)
Ride starts at 8am (60 minutes)
Run starts at 9:00am (20 minutes)
Coffee and breakfast at Sevenhills
