Money doesn't grow on trees, but food does! This lively 90-minute indoor workshop explores the delicious world of edible trees and their many flavors, including sap. Participants will sample foraged foods and drinks, learn how to identify key species in late winter, and create a hands-on take-home project (no tapping gear required!). The session includes handouts, plenty of humor, and a surprisingly delightful dive into what Vermont’s trees are secretly cooking up for you this time of year. Appropriate for adults and children 12 and over. This is workshop number three out of a series of three and it will take place on March 21st from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at the Marlboro Community Center, located at 524 South Road in Marlboro.
