Cut Seven invites YOU (and all your friends!)

Every year, we've raised over $5,000 for the local youth. This year we will be donating all proceeds to Urban Alliance and SMYAL. Please considering donating the cost of class or what you're able to the youth of the DC area. Read more about the organizations below.

SWEAT / Total Body Team Workout

Workout will start promptly on the ROOFTOP of UNION MARKET at 10:00a, so please plan to arrive by 9:45a (especially if you are driving/need to park!) to allow plenty of time to get settled, hydrated, mingle.

DRESS/LAYER as if you were going for a run outdoors in mid-Fall (check the weather).

/ Support the local youth
Since 1996, Urban Alliance has connected 6,000 young adults, primarily from communities of color, to paid internships and trained 21,000 more young adults in workforce skills across the greater Washington, DC area (including Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Northern Virginia).

Since their founding in 1984, SMYAL has provided LGBTQ+ with safe, affirming, and empowering spaces where they can be fully themselves. And while the needs of LGBTQ+ youth have evolved over the last four decades, SMYAL’s dynamic work to best support young people has also evolved to meet the moment.
