Get Stronger, Happier & Healthier now: Saturday weight training & wellbeing bootcamp for women (beginners wanted!!)

Ready to move more, feel better, and take care of you as we close off the year? Join our free 20-week sweat squad fitness and wellbeing bootcamp made just for women who are new to exercise, just getting back into it or trying to develop their strength, improve overall health and prioritise happiness.

This isn’t your average workout programme—it’s a supportive space to build strength, boost your mood, and get active in a way that feels good. Expect fun, sweaty sessions with great music, real vibes, and a group of women cheering each other on every step of the way.

Each week, you’ll take part in high-energy HIIT and CrossFit-style workouts that focus on improving your fitness, building confidence, and helping you feel strong in your body. We’ll also explore simple tools for stress management and self-care to support your overall wellbeing—because health is about more than just exercise.

Oh, and did we mention we train to bashment, soca, R&B and all your favourites? Because movement should feel good.



Over 5 months, you’ll:
  • Build strength, stamina and confidence
  • Improve your physical and mental health
  • Learn how to manage stress and feel more balanced
  • Connect with a warm, supportive community of women

Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, helping you gain muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and beat long-term health conditions. You’ll also explore essential wellness practices like mindfulness and stress management to support your mental and physical well-being.
