Join us for our next Pink & Powerful Sweat & Sip on Friday, May 22nd at 6:30 PM at UltiMET Fitness Southside!

We’ll kick things off with a 50-60 min beginner-friendly CrossFit-style workout followed by a chance to connect and celebrate together! We provide modifications for the entire workout- so you can be a total beginner, or a longtime crossfitter and have an incredible time!
