Our guest speaker for this event is Mark King, a Cardiff-based property investor with over 20 years of experience in the property industry.
Mark has purchased over 1,200 properties across South Wales and has helped more than 700 homeowners sell their properties directly.
He specialises in sourcing property direct from vendors, structuring creative deals, and finding opportunities others miss.
Mark very rarely speaks at property events, so this is a great opportunity to hear directly from someone who has built a large property business through real deals and real experience.
