About this Event
Three Korean American women take the stage for a stand-up show that is as deeply personal as it is hilariously honest—exploring motherhood, adoption, and what it really means to belong. Each performer delivers her own set, followed by a candid, no-holds-barred Q&A where nothing is off limits.
Featuring Amy Anderson, Kim Evey, and Heather Dragulescu—three powerhouse comedians with credits spanning the Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv, ACME Comedy Theater, ComedySportz Las Vegas, and screen appearances from Silicon Valley to Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers—this trio brings decades of experience in stand-up, improv, and storytelling, with voices as distinct as the journeys that shaped them.
Through their perspectives, the night weaves together stories of growing up Asian in America, building families in unexpected ways, and raising children in a world that doesn’t always have the language—or the nuance—to hold it all. All three are mothers raising kids in 2026, where questions of race, culture, and identity aren’t abstract—they show up at the dinner table, in school forms, and in everyday moments.
What unfolds is a journey that is funny, raw, and deeply human. A space where cultural expectations are questioned, stereotypes are unraveled, and motherhood is shown in all its messy, complicated, and joyful reality.
Three women. Three sets. One night of comedy.
