Delightfully irreverent and disarmingly funny, he mixes yoga with mimosas and satire. Swami Mosa Yoga is everything that yoga isn’t, but all too often is.
BIO: Brian Biros - Swami Mosa's Clark Kent - has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. His favorite practice is Rocket Yoga, and his favorite studio is AstaYoga in the Mission. The idea for Swami Mosa came up almost accidentally 8 years ago when he was the Man of Honor is his little sister's wedding (cue the "awwww") and taught a yoga class at her bachelorette party. He sprinkled in mimosas, donned his best threads, put together a bumping soundtrack, and worked in some jokes he had up his sleeve. What was meant to be a one-time thing was such a hit that the party convinced him he needed to build out the class and teach it everywhere. 150+ classes and 1000+ students later, here we are.
