Something incredible is happening at The Simple Vue Academy on May 13th — and we want YOU there.
The Simple Vue Academy's Inaugural Entrepreneurship Market & Expo is a full community celebration of student ingenuity, African heritage, and the village it takes to raise young entrepreneurs. Our 6th and 7th grade scholars have been working hard — really hard — to build real businesses from the ground up. On May 13th, they open their doors to the world.
STUDENT BUSINESS EXPO — Walk through our outdoor Student Business Expo and see what our scholars have created. 10 SVA student entrepreneurs will be running real booths, selling real products, and pitching their businesses live. These aren't pretend businesses — this is the real thing.
💛 BRING YOUR WALLET — SEED A DREAM
Here's how you can make this day extra special: bring cash or a card and invest directly in our student entrepreneurs. Every dollar you spend at a student booth is seed money — a real, tangible vote of confidence that tells a child:
"I believe in you and what you're building."
Students will be selling products, offering services, and pitching their business ideas live. Your support doesn't just make their day — it plants a seed that can grow for a lifetime.
🎤 CLOSING CEREMONY — 2:30 PM (Don't leave early!)
Stick around for our close-out celebration at 2:30 PM in the cafeteria, where every student entrepreneur will deliver their pitch to the full audience and receive a certificate of achievement and official seed money to invest back into their business. You will not want to miss this moment.
This event is free and open to all. Bring your family, your neighbors, your colleagues, and your community. The more, the merrier — because Ubuntu reminds us:
