Tuesday Mental Health Tune-Up

A Safe Space to Mend, Heal, and Feel the Difference

Life requires maintenance—and so does your mental health. The Tuesday Mental Health Tune-Up is a monthly fellowship held every 2nd Tuesday, created to give Black men a consistent space to pause, check in, and strengthen their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Just like a tune-up keeps a car running smoothly, this space supports mental health before things break down. Through open conversation, guided reflection, and practical tools, brothers are encouraged to show up as they are—without judgment, pressure, or expectation to “have it all together.”

What to Expect
  • A safe, supportive, and confidential space
  • Guided mental health check-ins and grounding exercises
  • Real conversations around stress, emotions, relationships, purpose, and self-care
  • Peer support led by lived experience, not lectures
  • Tools you can apply immediately to daily life

Who This Is For
  • Black men seeking balance, clarity, and community
  • Men navigating stress, life transitions, or emotional fatigue
  • Brothers who may not be in therapy but know they need space to talk, breathe, and reset
  • Men committed to being Positive, Consistent, and Present for themselves, their families, and their communities

Why It Matters

Many Black men are taught to carry everything alone. Tuesday Mental Health Tune-Ups exist to break that cycle—normalizing mental health maintenance, emotional awareness, and intentional self-care as strength, not weakness.

You don’t have to be in crisis to show up.
You just have to be willing to tune in.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
