What to expect:
In 2024 I am offering 2 courses: surrendering through embodiment practices. All can be booked directly through me or Eventbrite.
After facilitating my first 4 part course in 2023 I realised that there is more to be shared and explored. My intention is to offer 2 courses to allow individuals so they can create a full and diverse toolkit. Each course can be undertaken as stand alone and do not need to be completed in order. Both 4 part courses will be offered in a group format and I am capping the numbers at 10 people. Coming together as a group is so empowering and offers connection, it is an opportunity to grow as well as learn together. It is open to all genders and no experience is needed. We will go on a journey or exploration and practice together.
I wanted to share that I am currently in the final stages of my integrative somatic trauma therapy training and have learnt so much. Both the 2024 series 1 and 2 will include many of the new practices and theories which have resonated with me on this training. I feel super excited. As I evolve, my offerings change.
Information:
Each course includes 4 sessions, 1 x per month. Participants will receive various handouts, optional homework and recordings of all the practices well as ongoing support as needed. Each participant also has an optional 1 or 2 1to1’s with Cori before, during or after the series. Each person interested will have a personal free informal call to check this is right for them.
My aim is for participants to complete the training with a toolkit that works for them. My wish is for participants to feel a reconnection with themselves so that they feel more balanced, empowered and aware.
All my offerings are trauma informed.

Price:
£150 or £140 for KOA regulars. I have 1 or 2 community spaces available per series group, we agree a price that is realistic for you.
