2024 Surrender retreat day @thesalisburycentre WOMAN ONLY OFFERING
I am bringing together my experience and knowledge of somatics, embodiment, yoga, mindfulness and compassion to offer workshops and a retreat linked to surrender. Surrender to me is about acceptance, awareness and empowerment.
Join me for my first ever surrender retreat day on Saturday 16 November 10-4 @thesalisburycentre in the studio
Numbers will be capped to ensure I can hold a supportive space.
Suggested donation:
16 November 10-4 donation suggestion £15-£60, contact me if you wish to pay less than £60
All profits will go to @thesalisburycentre as they offer so many wonderful free and community services and I want to support the community work they do.
What to expect:
- Connection circle
- Introduction to nervous system and why somatic and embodiment practices support regulation
- Introduction to the topic of surrender, acceptance, balance within
- Somatic and embodiment practices to ground and release
- Sound experience for regulation (drum and Tibetan bowls)
- Mindfulness and yoga nidra for integration
- Closing circle (weather permitting around the fire)
I am bringing all my resources and skills to this day. All are welcome and no experience needed.
