Transition to kura/school from early childhood is a well-researched topic and kaiako are aware of the importance of developing a smooth transition between the two contexts. Rather than focusing on how this can be done, this professional development explores contexts to create a shared understanding of what is fundamentally important for children as they begin this transition.This PLD event is aimed at early childhood and kura Kaiako who have children transitioning.
