Baby Sleep Seminar for Parents
If you have a baby, sleep is often one of the most asked questions – "Do they sleep? Have you tried this?" or "My child just slept, you must be doing something wrong." However, it's common for babies to not sleep independently or for long periods, and parents often feel that exhaustion is just part of the parenting journey.
Babies do wake a lot, especially in the early days, but as they get older, help is available. Within just a couple of weeks, you can feel more rested, everyone can get better quality sleep, and you can truly make the most of being a parent.
This seminar is perfect for parents wanting to learn about babies’ sleep between 4 to 18 months. It will also cover how to improve tricky naps, disrupted nights, and provide tips to support everyone in getting more sleep.
What the 90-120 minute seminar will cover:
- The importance of sleep for babies and parents.
- How much sleep your child should be getting.
- Structuring your child's sleep according to their age.
- Tips for better, longer, and more restful sleep.
- How to create and implement a great sleep routine.
- Practical steps to improve sleep without using the “cry it out” method.
Parents and carers will also have the opportunity to ask any sleep-related questions during the session.
