This program’s comprehensive curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the learner, helping them overcome challenges, lead with confidence, and foster high-performing teams.

In this virtual, instructor-led training, participants will take Wiley’s DiSC® assessment to become more aware of their own and others’ communication styles and preferences. Participants will also be able to:

· Engage in the active listening communication process
· Identify Wiley DiSC® social styles and behavioral tendencies

Conflict Management
Since supervisors and managers are responsible for whatever happens within their teams, they spend a considerable amount of time handling, preventing, and minimizing conflicts. By the end of this instructor-led training session, participants will be able to:
· Recall the most common causes of conflict
· Identify the five Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) conflict handling modes
· Formulate strategies to manage and resolve conflict
