About this Event
Questioning lies at the heart of effective classroom practice. It can allow us to gain valuable information about student knowledge, elicit misconceptions, build understanding and improve engagement. However, it isn't easy to get right, and in many cases we can struggle to get into a good flow with our questioning. In this session, Adam will go over:

- Indicators of effective questioning
- C oncrete strategies that can be applied in any classroom

Adam is a teacher and lead practitioner at a school in London. He has led CPD on a national and international level, and is the author of a number of books on evidence-based teaching. Adam is also co-founder and educational director of Carousel Learning, an innovative online learning platform aimed at reducing teacher workload and improving student long-term learning.
