In this live innovation masterclass, Edenic Group founders Rob Lewis and Wayne Willis will take participants through the principles of business innovation and show you in a live workshop scenario how to develop the strategy, process and tools you need to drive innovation in your organisation.
Innovation is NOT just a fluffy buzzword. It’s about thinking differently, shifting views, being close to the customer, and being outwardly focused to inform the everyday operations of the business, including every team member at every level. It's about a culture of innovation, not an ad hoc event or project.

How it works:
When you sign up to attend, you will be asked what sector your organisation works in. Based on the responses, Rob and Wayne will design the live innovation sprints we plan to deliver in the workshop to the relevant sectors in the room as closely as possible. Regardless of your industry, this workshop will provide participants with a clear insight into innovation.
