This session, Super Chill Sugar Scrub, is a guided pause — a space to clear mental clutter, ground your energy, and set thoughtful intentions for the season ahead. Lexie will guide participants through reflective prompts and interactive creative exercises designed to help you identify what to release, what to nurture, and how to step into fall with clarity and calm.

Through journaling, conversation, and hands-on creation, you’ll craft not only a sugar scrub but a renewed sense of purpose — something tactile and aromatic to carry into your daily rituals.

Whether you’re craving stillness, inspiration, or simply space to reconnect with yourself, this session invites you to slow down and savor the process of becoming.
