[For clarity, because apparently other posts that circulated last year from the festival organisers may be causing confusion - this is an event to WATCH, not to participate in. You are invited to be a spectator, for free, as you would be at any other sporting event.
This is the WORLD SERIES, as the poster says, and as such, all the players are already signed up and covered under their own club's insurance. I believe there are participation events in other areas of the festival - please do look at their website.
We are paddlers who are keen to promote our sport - so please do come down, watch, enjoy and DO TALK to us - we can help you find a club near you, or give advice on how to start one, and we'd love to welcome you at Thames Sailing Club near Hampton Court where you can try it with us!
