The meeting point will be at Biscayne Bay Paddleboards & Kayaks (Address: 18oo Sunset Harbour dr, #3 MIami Beach, FL, 33139, usa). There, we will give you your paddle board and some safety instructions. The experience begins by moving on our paddle boards to the point where the magic will happen - We will do breathing exercises and you will receive a sound bath with guided meditation by holistic therapist and angel therapist Erika Santa Cruz. After that we will return on the paddle board to the starting point to share our experience.
