Findhorn dance studio is located underneath the universal hall. It is the entance by the cafe, when entered turn left and go down the stairs, straight ahead, then right down the corridor, you'll hear the room!
All of you is welcome and you are invited to connect to deeper parts of your self, through visions, somatic sensations through the vibrational and sonic medium that supports and suspends your state of awareness, allowing you to journey inside without judgement, supported, while allowing your body to heal.
Attendees and studies testify numerous health benefits, with alleviation of chronic pain, visions of ancestors and passed loved ones, catharsis and emotional release, the benefits are endless, the time is now, if you feel called to deepen this event is for you.
Bring a blanket if possible as the studio sometimes cools down with the heaters being off after the session length, and if anyone is too cold, we can easily turn them on.
