Join guest instructor Megan Gabriell for a peaceful sunset yoga flow at Fontainebleau State Park, presented by Pelican Park Nature Club.
This gentle vinyasa flow is designed to help you relax, release the week, and return to yourself in the stillness of nature.
As the sun sinks over Lake Pontchartrain, you’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and let the sound of the water carry you back to center. Let the week end not with rush or noise, but with stillness, community, and the simple gift of being present. See you on the mat.

When: Friday, March 27th @ 6:00pm
Cost: $10 per person.
Bring: Mat + water
All levels welcome!
Please preregister as we are unable to process registration at the event! The class takes place on the stretch of beast east of the fishing pier.
Weather policy: Please dress for the weather! This event will be cancelled 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time if the weather forecast calls for >50% chance of rain, winds in excess of 15 mph, and/or registration is low. Full refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.
