A mindful movement & breath midweek reset by the Bay
Unroll your mat and unwind under the open sky. Join us every Tuesday from 6:30–7:30 PM for a gentle, grounding yoga flow set against the beauty of the evening sunset and waterfront at Cityside Park.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, this class is designed for all levels and blends breath-led movement with subtle sound elements during savasana.
This weekly golden hour experience offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, breathe in the fresh Bay air, and transition out of the workday in community with the earth beneath your feet.
$18-20 per person | Bring your own mat | Dress in warm layers

Samantha Ho is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and wellness facilitator who blends yoga, breath-led movement, mindfulness, and subtle sound-healing elements to create grounding experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and slow down from the pace of everyday life.
Inspired by the healing power of nature, movement, and community, Samantha creates intentional experiences that support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and connection through embodied movement and breath, helping us get out of our heads and back into our hearts and bodies. As a Treasure Island resident herself, she is passionate about creating spaces that bring people together to reset, reconnect, and unwind by the Bay.
Her Sunset Flow events at Cityside Park are an invitation to step away from the city, breathe in the fresh Bay air, and experience a mindful midweek reset at golden hour.
