Meet Dana
Dana is a passionate Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher specializing in pelvic health and therapeutic yoga. Prior to graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2021, she was a dancer for many years and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Ohio State University. Following her dancing days, Dana pursued the healing path of yoga after experiencing many of her own personal injuries. She discovered that yoga helped her recover both physically and emotionally which inspired her to share this practice with her community and clients. Now, she is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and integrates her knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy with the wisdom of yoga. Dana’s classes are a perfect place for anyone in need of a supportive environment to explore pain-free movement and recover from the stress of living a busy life. She believes you can embody health with gentle guidance and support along the way.
