Would you love to catch the sunset reflect off of the water, while stretching, strengthening and balancing your body?
Join me and other like-minded yogis for physical yoga practice to rejuvenate and energize your body, creating strength and flexibility for a balanced you!
We will begin with a discussion about the weekly theme. Then a meditation to calm your mind and focus your breath. After flowing through Sun Salutations, a variety of adventure poses (balancing, arm strength, twists, folds, heart openers, inversions, etc.) with stories or facts that fit with this week's theme, we will relax in final resting pose.
These themed donation classes are open to all levels and ages. There is a suggested $10- $15 donation (cash or Venmo Hannah Roman @HannahHalfMoon), but please give what you feel is appropriate for your financial status at this time in your life. Please consider your instructors time and energy invested into creating fun and interesting yoga classes for you.
Park in the parking lot for the Mission Beach Club (off of Clairmont Dr. and I-5), or along the street. The address is just for driving and parking purposes. It will lead you to the round building. From there, please head west to the grassy area at the waterline. We will be set up somewhere between the Runner's Bathroom and children' playground.
