A sound bath isa deeply relaxing, immersive and meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations, typically produced by instruments like bowls, gongs, and chimes. Sound baths promote deep rest, stress reduction and mental clarity without requiring active participation, often leading to a meditative state.
