Join Jocelyn for a slow, immersive movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and inner awareness. Guided by gentle, atmospheric music, you will be invited to close your eyes, soften your focus, and explore movement from the inside out. Rather than following choreography, you will be guided to sense, listen, and discover new ways your body wants to move across all levels, from the floor to standing. This is a supportive, non judgmental space to deepen body connection, expand movement possibilities, and unwind as the day transitions into evening.Jocelyn is a certified movement practitioner and lifelong dancer who has been teaching dance to all ages for over 8 years. As a dance teacher, her deepest intention is to guide students into genuine connection with their bodies, learning to feel, explore, and understand every single inch of themselves through movement. Her work is rooted in somatic awareness and intuitive exploration, inviting students to close their eyes, tune inward, and move from sensation rather than structure. Jocelyn creates supportive, non judgmental spaces where curiosity leads and embodied self trust can unfold.
No movement experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are and listen to what your body is ready to share.
