Join Jason for a gentle and accessible Slow Flow designed to ease the body, calm the mind, and welcome the energy of a new season. Together you’ll move at a steady, unhurried pace—linking breath with movement in a way that builds subtle warmth, mobility, and ease while allowing space to soften, settle, and fully arrive in the present moment.
Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the practice welcoming for both newer students and experienced yogis alike.
Yoga on Connecticut, a community yoga project in partnership with Van Ness Main Street, is excited to offer yoga for the neighborhood—creating a space where movement, mindfulness, and community can come together.
This is a donation-based class, with a portion of proceeds supporting the NW Food Bank—an important resource in our community. If you’d like to contribute directly, they are currently collecting pet food donations to share with those in need.
Please arrive a little early to settle in and set up your space before class begins.
Please note: This is a simple pop-up style class, so participants should bring their own mat and any preferred props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.), as they will not be provided. 18+
