Kick Off Mental Health Month with Intention
Start the month by slowing down, tuning in, and resetting your energy.
Join Think Positive Club for a special Sunday Reset, a guided outdoor experience designed to support your mental health through rest, movement, and mindfulness.
Choose your experience:
You’ll have the option to flow into what your body needs most:
– Restorative Yoga (gentle movement + deep relaxation)
– Guided Meditation (stillness, breath, and mental clarity)
This is a space to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and begin the month feeling grounded and supported.
Door Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and choose your experience
What to Bring:
For Yoga:
– Yoga mat (strongly recommended to bring your own)
– Limited mats available on-site
– Water + comfortable clothing
For Meditation:
– Blanket, cushion, or something to sit/lie comfortably
– Optional: journal
– Water
This is a free community gathering. Donations are welcome and support Think Positive Club’s mission to make mental health resources accessible to all.
