Sunset Reset: Floating Full Moon Sound Bath

Join Singing Bowls of the Rockies for a one-of-a-kind floating full moon sound bath experience at the beautiful Ascend Spa & Wellness at Hotel Polaris!

Set beneath the evening sky and surrounded by the calming atmosphere of the resort pools, this immersive experience combines the deeply restorative effects of sound meditation with the sensation of floating weightlessly in water. Guests may relax on floating loungers in the pool or enjoy poolside seating while live sound healing instruments fill the space with soothing vibrations and calming frequencies.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through a live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, flutes, chimes, and other immersive instruments designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation. As sound travels through both the air and water, many participants experience the vibrations in an even deeper and more physical way, creating a uniquely grounding and meditative experience unlike a traditional sound bath setting.

Ascend Spa & Wellness provides a luxury wellness environment with modern resort-style pools, ambient evening lighting, mountain views, cozy lounge spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere designed for deep rest and connection. Following the sound bath, guests are invited to continue unwinding during a relaxing firepit wind down beneath the full moon.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
