Sunset, Reset & Rejuvenate Sloan’s Lake – Free Community Yoga Experience Join me for a gentle, co-created Dru Yoga experience as we gather by the water and soften into the rhythm of the evening. As the sun begins to set, we’ll take a moment to arrive—checking in with the body, the breath, and whatever you’re carrying from the day. This is not a set sequence or a one-size-fits-all class. Together, we’ll shape the practice in the moment—guided by what you need, how you feel, and the shared energy of the group. Through mindful movement, breath, and flowing sequences, we’ll explore what it means to become the flow—allowing space to release tension, reconnect inward, and move with ease and awareness.
