Start your Sunday with something meaningful.
We’ll gather as the sun rises for a simple and supportive experience — a short talk, gentle movement, guided meditation, and the soothing sound of crystal bowls.
These events are created to support greater mental health — for individuals, and for our wider community.
Sometimes just a little reset can make a big difference.
What to expect:
- A short, heartfelt talk to set the tone
- Gentle movement to bring us a little more into our bodies
- Guided meditation and crystal bowl sound healing
And (hopefully!) a beautiful sunrise!
More than anything, these events are an opportunity to reconnect — with yourself, and if you like, with others. You’re welcome to stay and chat after we finish, or glide quietly into your day.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or towel (whatever’s comfy)
Warm layers — it can be chilly early!
An open mind, and maybe a friend 🧘♂️
Location:
We’ll meet along the Redcliffe shoreline — near the Scotts Point bathing pavilion!

These events have supported many in finding a sense of safety, kindness, purpose, and connection — not just in the moment, but in life.

Who am I?
- My name is Brent Elton! I'm a therapist who is super passionate about mental health.
For the past 11 years, I’ve been teaching movement and meditation practices that help people feel safer in their bodies, kinder with themselves, and more able to actually enjoy life.
Life isn’t much fun when you’re stuck in high stress, trauma patterns, or constant overthinking...
These gatherings are a gentle way to reset, regulate your nervous system and let go of anything you are tired of carrying!
