Join us as we welcome fall weather with a sunrise Slow Flow Yoga class on the outdoor pool deck on Thursday, September 18 5:30 - 6:30 a.m. Slow Flow is a beginner to intermediate yoga practice that links breath to movement through a series of postures focused on cultivating breath, strength, endurance and flexibility.
Enjoy the sunrise and sounds of nature and a beautiful yoga practice.
🌅 Class will be held in Studio 2 in case of inclement weather.
