Join us for 6AM Restorative Yoga: Recharge & Release, a calming early-morning practice designed to help you reset your mind, reconnect with your body, and release the stress you may be carrying through the week. Held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, these sessions use light stretching, breathwork, mindful movement, and guided reflection to support emotional balance, inner strength, and a deeper mind-body connection.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking a soft but powerful way to work through stress, trauma, depression, life transitions, personal goals, or emotional heaviness. The practice is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga. You only need to show up with a willingness to breathe, release, and reconnect.
Each session will focus on restoring the nervous system, creating space in the body, and helping you move into the day with more clarity, peace, and grounded energy.
